Free Database

The database contains all German Double Taxation Agreements / Conventions / Treaties in HTML - Format. Also current information about German treaty developments, protocols and official memorandums on tax treaties, implementing legislation of tax treaties and administrative tax regulations of German tax authorities of tax treaties. We supply you with information not only about current treaties but also old, non-applicable treaties. The old ones are to be used to interpretate court decisions that are important for the interpretation of rules of current treaties. All treaties are in HTML to enable the user to copy parts of them into memos and letters. The database also contains links to foreign tax authorities for tax research purposes. The database has a size of approximately 10 Megabyte.

Link-Collection

The link-collection contains links to German and international tax law websites, academic Institutes of Taxation and Tax Law, academic clubs, societies and associations, advanced training facilities, foreign universities and supranational organizations.

Tax Regulations of German Tax Authorities

This area contains tax regulations of the Federal Minister of Finance in connection with international issues.
